The Presto Geoweb® cellular confinement system is a proven solution to challenging erosion problems. Developed by Presto over 30 years ago, the Geoweb system provides a structurally-stable environment for infill and effective, long-term solution for controlling erosion on slopes, shorelines, channels and over geomembranes.

Protection of Slopes and Shorelines: The Presto Geoweb® System offers stability and long-term sustainability of embankment material on slopes and shorelines. The 3D system confines and reinforces the upper soil layer, increasingits resistance to erosive conditions and sliding forces. It's also an ideal solution for permeable aggregate or hard-armored concrete. You’ll also reduce land space requirements and costs because confined infill allows slopes to be designed and constructed steeper than when unconfined.

Protection of Channels: The Presto Geoweb® System provides stability and protection to channels exposed to erosive conditions of all types. Whether low or high flows, intermittent or continuous, the Geoweb system can be designed to withstand even the highest velocities.

Protection of Geomembranes: The Presto Geoweb® system is also a proven solution for stabilizing and minimizing the sliding potential of infill materials over impervious geomembranes. When impervious liners prevent anchoring, then high-strength tendons are an integral part of the design solution. Tendon details are part of the complimentary design evaluation that Presto offers.

PROTECTION FROM SURFACE SCOUR

Protect against erosion caused by concentrated surface flow with the Presto GeoRunner Flow Protection mats. These mats can be easily placed and anchored to minimize scour from concentrated flows in spillways and culvert outfalls, or from fluctuating water levels on shorelines or channel embankments.
