GEOWEB Maintenance Road Resources

Power companies face access challenges as they move heavy vehicles across wet, soft ground for maintenance of power lines and utilities. Access is often through environmentally-sensitive areas such as marshes and low-water crossings and undeveloped land with low soil strength. With the GEOWEB system, roads are built with 50% less cross section of aggregate, even allowing use of locally-available fill, to support heavy vehicles with minimal environmental impact. Whether for maintenance vehicle access at substations – or across land to service utility and power lines, the GEOWEB system is a surface stabilization system that is easy to deploy, easy to install, and requires virtually no maintenance.
